Waste of time and money

The second phone we bought stopped working after two months. We bought our first phone and had to send it back as the connection was lost. The second was installed and worked for six weeks, and then stopped working altogether. Don't worry. 30 day return window and no returns after that.

Plugs into a standard telephone socket. No power cords.
