I bought my latest HUSKY floor mats in November 2019 for my new diesel F250. Years ago, in 2003, I bought a new Dodge Ram 2500 and my first modification to this truck was a pair of HUSKY floor mats right after I bought it. Eleven (11) years later (2014) I rubbed a hole in the driver's side carpet with my heel. Called HUSKY (via her lifetime replacement). I was still in business when I ordered my first pair in 2003. I told them my driver's side mat had a hole after 11 years. I was still on their system and after giving them my shipping information, UPS shipped me a brand new kit for my 2003 Dodge Ram about 3 days later. FREE! So, GREAT PRODUCT and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
