I love how easy it was to install, setup and use this software. This helped me make more calls and take in more orders than before. Nothing! But if you dont like something there are many people here that will help out. Its very user friendly once your familiar with it its not hard at all. Get a demo of this so you can see for yourself what you think about it. We were able to get out contact info faster because we could call from our phones or computers rather then having to go outside to do so which saved time. I like how easy it is to use, and the fact that it's a web-based software makes it very accessible. There are some things I wish were more streamlined, but overall, if you're looking for an efficient way to run your business, this is the program to use! We have been able to keep track of our orders and payouts in one place, which has made our life so much easier!
