I like that it is easy to use, you can create your schedule from anywhere in the world with no restrictions! It's very user friendly for both new users as well as seasoned professionals alike.

The interface could be more intuitive especially when using multiple clients (employees). Our biggest issue was not being able to print out our schedules at home or having them accessible via mobile devices; however this has been fixed since their recent updates/upgrades of the software so we are happy about now! We have all employees working remotely which makes managing time off much easier than if they were still physically present here daily - plus there isn't any additional cost associated wth doing payrolls etc because everything happens virtually through Commlog! This helps us keep up wtih work commitments while minimizing expenses by cutting down on office space costs & salaries paid towards an HR department. Plus staff morale improves too due to less distraction during break times :) Time management also becomes far.
