Nearly perfect (but not quite)

This is a good bag when you want to carry less. Holds credit cards, cash, loose change and more. super thin lip balms that barely fit in, but I can get them to work. The problem with this bag is that there is no "give" in the coated material. When I put all my cards in the slots just behind the phone slot, the cards make that side so hard that it's very difficult to get the phone out of my pocket. When I put all my cards (except a few) in the slots The other side, the side of the phone, is less stiff and a little (but only a little) easier to take out the phone. I currently have a 3rd gen Motorola Moto G phone in Otterbox so it's bulky. It fits in an outside pocket and is very difficult to get out of your pocket. When the phone isn't in the Otterbox, it's a lot easier to remove. My only minor gripe with the case is that I wish the strap was more durable; it is very narrow and thin. I would never travel with this bag and use it as a shoulder bag as a thief could cut the strap instantly. I would remove the shoulder strap, attach the hand strap (included) and carry it in my bag. One last thing, the phone case strap looks like it has a twist lock, but that's just for decoration. It just clicks. It's a bit of a letdown for me and another negative in the security column, but overall it's a fun case and a good choice if you own one of the larger smartphones.
