Busted up In Box on Household Items

Not sure how well this works or not. I didn't even open the product packaging as it was completely saturated with water and there was a cleaning solution in the shipping box. It wasn't just a small leak - it looks like the entire bottle was emptied, rendering the product worthless. And my only return option is I have to take this wet, chemical-soaked box to UPS myself? What a waste. The only benefit of buying it is that the leaked air purifier smells nice.
