I love listening to music or podcasts on my phone while I run, but hate holding it in my hand. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 with a LifeProof case and since a case is essential (I drop my phone too often not to have one!) it would be big enough for it. Pros: My phone fits easily in this band, leaving room on the sides and top. There is also room for my house key or my card, although the bunch of keys doesn't fit that well. Velcro on the side securely holds the extra length of headphone cable. The material is comfortable. Cons: I have a thinner hand so sometimes the velcro doesn't hold the end very securely and the strap moves down my arm when I run. Sometimes plastic squeezes my hand. I use this bandage almost every day and it has held up well for the past few months. In general I am satisfied with this product.
