Extremely bright, USB works to charge other things as a backup battery
The light is very bright. If it's not bright enough then it's not intended for airplanes. Blindingly bright. However, the mountain is only fair. Inside the ring is a screw that requires a spacer that prevents the light from fitting to thicker handlebars or parts than normal. I have 5 bikes and none of them fit. No problem for me, but maybe for you. It takes time to charge compared to small flashlights - twice as long. The rear light is nothing special in terms of brightness. The taillight is ok at night, not so much during the day. Although the front light is impressive.
