This is a good product in terms of silicone, soft and elastic. However, I assumed that it would all be a one-off. The small handle inside the hippo that the child has to hold on to looks like a separate piece that snaps into place. And the hippo's ears and arms are hollow, so on the back where the arm enters, a small pocket is visible inside. Thanks to the handle and pockets inside, these are all places where moisture can penetrate. Therefore I think it is extremely important to ensure that this chew toy is completely dry after washing before storing or giving to a child to ensure there are no growths left inside.
