In short, this is an odorless glass cleaner (and other surfaces) that works. Follow directions. Everything is fine The bottle was delivered safe and sound, completely ready for use. I adopted it by using it on various household items. I make a living cleaning my house, so I'm looking for products that help save time. Windex never works well enough, nor does Method or most other window cleaners. I don't spend all day buffing strips so I need something that will work right out of the box. Some of the ones that work have a strong scent (especially the ones in aerosol cans) which I only use when absolutely necessary. When I find something that works (e.g. cleans, doesn't leave streaks, doesn't have to struggle with a polishing cloth to remove streaks, doesn't make me cough, can be used on multiple surfaces if needed). It goes with everything I've tried it on: a black wall oven (fingerprints and streaks are easy to see), a black dishwasher, a convection oven glass, a black microwave, a bathroom mirror, a vanity mirror, and a dog drool window. Everything OK. No trouble. Shake the bottle, has a nice smooth spray. With any window cleaner, I first rub to remove excess dirt, then wipe with a clean rag to pick up the residue. I usually spray a little more once I've started on a very dirty surface. Some streaks are just leftovers that allowed the cleaning agent to penetrate or were not used sufficiently. Then aggravated by using a rag that is too wet or too dirty. If there is fabric softener on the fabric, there will almost always be stains. After all, sometimes it's just a cleaner. If you are looking for a rigorous use to clean car windows, this is good. Again, remember to use clean cloths. Dry rags. Swipe in one direction. The slim bottle is convenient for keeping in the car. For home use, I highly doubt I would buy this for that. There are others that are about the same price or less, but they have more. For my business I need to find the best product at the best price. If I accidentally used it, the $12 price wouldn't bother me. I don't judge by price so what do you do.
