For fifty dollars I was expecting something that would at least not damage my expensive standing desk. I now have a few 8" scratches right down the middle (first photo) as I moved it to adjust the position. The cheaply made base is surrounded by small pan head screws. On examination, half a dozen screws were snapped off by whoever assembled this thing. One of the cheap rubber feet fell off in the bag and that was enough. The screws were like steel nails dragging across my desk. Avoid unless you want the table to be damaged.
