Now there are 20 cm deep scratches on my desk.

For fifty dollars I was expecting something that would at least not damage my expensive standing desk. I now have a few 8" scratches right down the middle (first photo) as I moved it to adjust the position. The cheaply made base is surrounded by small pan head screws. On examination, half a dozen screws were snapped off by whoever assembled this thing. One of the cheap rubber feet fell off in the bag and that was enough. The screws were like steel nails dragging across my desk. Avoid unless you

Works great with the Wacom Cintiq Pro 24!

I used the ergonomic hand with the Cintiq. The Pro 24 hasn't transitioned to a new desktop that doesn't allow the use of a clamp, nor did I want to drill a huge hole to mount it. I found this standalone stand and have my fingers crossed to install it on my Cintiq 24. I fully customized the stand to the instructions so it could hold the monitor, and while it's a bit stiffer than a hand, it supports the Cintiq and even allows me to dangle it off my desk like a hand. I put felt feet under the…

Not exactly junk, but close

Used to mount a 24" monitor that weighs 11.1lbs without the stand (so should be within 14.3lbs. It holds the monitor in place, but the gas spring is so weak that if it malfunctions, the monitor falls onto the desk almost immediately and the intermediate positions are unusable.Tried almost the entire range of the adjustment screw - can make it even weaker where it doesn't once stays in the top position but it feels as strong/firm as it gets Aside from the crappy gas spring, seems solid enough…

A bit stiff for monitor accessories

FYI: They list the weight limit in kg, so search in kg in pounds on google and it will tell you the weight limit. I wouldn't recommend this for a PC AIO if it would be interesting to switch from landscape to portrait mode. The function is locked with a screw. You remove the screw to allow free rotation. The problem is that most all-in-ones aren't designed for a swivel stand, which creates balance issues on the stand. Also, most AIOs will be too far ahead. You'd better choose an easel stand if…

Affordable and effective mount for Wacom Cintiq 16

I was looking for an ergonomic arm and stand for my Wacom Cintiq 16. I needed something that could be easily removed from the table but still be strong and flexible enough . I've searched a lot and found it to be perfect for my needs. I was also concerned that my tablet was lighter than the mount's minimum weight capacity, but it held it with no problems. You just need to adjust the tension on your hand. The assembly instructions were easy to understand. My problem was that there were no…

An alternative to mounting the Cintiq Pro 24!

I use this standalone VESA mount with a Cintiq Pro 24 and I think it works great. It's a great alternative to the much more expensive Wacom Flex Arm and Ergostand, which I think are ridiculously expensive ($370+ and $500). I find the Wacom solutions too complicated. All the Cintiq really needs is to stand up so you can draw and look at the screen. I really don't understand why you have to spend $500 on a mount that's free everywhere. I mean if you are looking to spend a lot of money on…

Simple, functional, efficient

[edit] It has been a month since I received and installed them. One of them started to fail. The gas mount supports a 22 inch 10 lb monitor. no longer complete. They are rated at 14 pounds so this should never be an issue. I emailed them on Facebook and within hours they responded with a solution. I had to completely loosen the gas adjustment screw and then tighten it again until the monitor stayed in place. However, I had to pull it all the way down before it stayed. Let's see how long this…
