I love this bag. This is a durable leather bag, beautiful colour, with many compartments and inside pockets. I like the outside pockets where you can put your keys and phone. They are comfortable and fit snug enough to prevent items from falling out. It comes with two straps which is good which is why I didn't give it a 5. I think one strap should be long over the shoulder and the other should be zipped over the shoulder. Snaps don't work well. After about a month of regular use, the bracelet started falling off. At least I have a second strap until I can get the clasps working again.
