The ability to get instant support in real time is amazing! It allows you access from different locations at any given moment, which has helped us tremendously with our business travel needs as well when we have clients all over North America or even South Africa sometimes (which isn't that far away). Sometimes it takes longer than expected due their heavy workload but they are always there if needed anytime of day/night etc., so I would highly recommend this product because its value added greatly especially during peak hours where customers need assistance quickly such like holiday season times around Christmas holidays / New Year's Eve events - otherwise people might not be happy about service delays since everyone wants immediate attention while also keeping up productivity levels too within teams & individuals alike!
