I like how easy it is to use and understand from an end user point of view. This tool was used by our IT department as part of a larger project to help reduce outages during peak traffic times. With this tool we have reduced those numbers to almost zero! It has also helped us save money through better utilization rates and increased productivity. The only thing about this program is that sometimes there are some glitches, but they work quickly to fix them when notified. In addition to all these benefits, we've seen huge improvements in employee satisfaction too. There's nothing really negative at all about using this software. Our organization realized that we were not keeping up with customer expectations and had no way to track or manage issues within our teams. We now do so easily with this system.
