I like that it is very easy for me as an average user of software programs not familiarized at this level but who knows how things work in general; i can use just by clicking buttons without understanding too much about what's happening behind them (except sometimes when something happens which makes no sense). The only thing that could be improved would probably be if there was some way more than one conversion option were available - you know- so we don't have to choose between having our eMails converted into other formats such as CSV files etc.; we'd also get better results from using different methods/options since they are usually easier for us because of their simplicity rather then trying to understand complicated instructions. We're solving problems related mainly to email storage management within organizations where employees' data has been stored in various locations over time due to mergers /acqu.
