More trouble than good

I really wanted them to work. First, the charging cable is short. Like 2 inches long. You can't even plug it in and put it on the counter to keep it from dangling. Second, the power cord does not stay connected to the headset. This means that the device might appear to be charging, but when you take it to a workout the battery will be completely drained.
