Cable matters (Pack of 2) USB Stereo Audio Adapter for Windows and Mac Highly recommend this product. I am very happy with it. I can barely hear any sound on my laptop, even at maximum volume with headphones connected. The purity these little USB stereo audio adapters bring to audiobooks, music and everything else I listen to is wonderful. Now all I have to do is crank the speaker volume up 1/4 to hear everything, even background noise in movies that I've never heard, and I'm really impressed. I can't speak into the microphone. partly because I don't use it and have no reason to. Whenever I need or want an electronic supplement, I turn to Revain and go to Cable Matters first to see if they have what I'm looking for. So far they have everything I need. The quality is top notch, the prices are more than competitive and on the very rare occasion that I have had a problem with an order they went out of their way to ensure I was happy and satisfied with a replacement or refund.
