Unfortunately, when I first started drinking matcha, I didn't understand the importance of a quality whisk. I started by stirring with a spoon or fork and indeed the matcha never soaked in and tiny clumps of powder were still in the water. I then used a milk frother, which also didn't fully incorporate the powder into the hot water, plus it made the drink too foamy for my liking. ! This set contains all the tools you need to prepare a good cup of matcha: it includes a spoon for the powder and a ceramic stand to dry the whisk so it doesn't lose its shape. The whisk looks high quality and is easy to clean after each use. This is a great set that finally allows me to really enjoy Matcha 🍵! If you drink matcha, you need it.
