I like that it is easy to see how many files are stored in each folder, as well as where they were uploaded from (which can be helpful for determining if someone has been accessing them improperly).

It's not always clear what you're supposed to do with certain types of errors - sometimes there aren't any error messages at all! This software seems very complicated compared to other services we've used before; therefore, our tech support staff cannot easily use this service without training. We have had issues over time with people uploading things into folders or subfolders outside their team area which makes tracking down who did something difficult.
