Broken/scratching noise, even when exchanging an order. Broke in less than a month.

Had to order a replacement as the first one's mouth barely moved and the noise was intermittent. The second came, the mouth is moving, the sound is still bad. I have an older model that is much better and better quality, but eventually it broke. I sure am disappointed. This is an update of the original review above. Less than a month later, the sing button stopped working. The batteries are new and the talk side works, so it's already broken. Definitely a waste. I don't recommend at all.
