I like how easy they make everything to get your benefits set up! You can do this online or in person at their office which is nice since you don't have to wait until after hours anymore when calling customer service.
It's so much easier than having an agent call me every month about my bills getting paid each time!! Sometimes there are questions that aren’t answered as quickly but other times we just need more information before signing off with them (like what will happen if i lose job vs go back part-time). We got our plan through work because of COVID restrictions however now things seem different again where maybe people won't be able to use us as easily? Not sure yet though hopefully not :/.
