I had terrible back pain during my last pregnancy and used this which helped a bit. First, given the pain I was in, this thing was awkward to put on and take off. In fact, this is a huge floating pool. Not practical to store it anywhere. If you are pregnant you will need something to inflate it as you cannot inflate it on your own as you will probably run out of air. I also found that I could only lie on it for about ten minutes at a time before everything else became uncomfortable. your head has to go one way or the other, that's why i have a heavy neck - you can't sleep on it. After all, there's a sharp seam where your belly goes, so you'll need to cover it with a sheet - and you should anyway, or else you'll get stuck to the plastic. All in all it provided some relief here and there given my back pain and I was desperate so it did the job. I think it was expensive for what it was and had limited use.
