The system works great but when you try to use the email or print function you have to enter a 4 or 6 digit passcode. The problem is that either someone or they have a factory level problem, this code has already been installed. Without knowing the code, you cannot use these functions, so the system is locked. Answer from Samsung; pay for techs to come and replace the motherboard due to their inability to piss off the system. These devices were purchased new and in unopened boxes. It would be nice to know how many others have this problem.
