I'd like to start by quickly going back and replacing this with a vibe board (www.vibe.us) - see a summary of my experience below. The three main problems I had with the Samsung Flip were: 1. Limited operating system. 2. Non-Samsung devices are almost impossible to cast3. Terrible customer service 4. Multiple mounting options The writing feel on the board is excellent and the functionality, although limited, works well. The downside for me was that the Tizen OS used is severely limited. It's not very flexible and doesn't have many uses other than board functionality. For example, I couldn't download a fully functional Google Calendar through the operating system or the web. While they advertise the ability to stream from mobile devices, I haven't been able to stream from anything other than a Samsung phone or tablet. I have both as well as a Pixel 4 XL and 2 iPhones one of which is an 11 Pro and even the Pixel which is an Android device cannot connect to cast to the screen. To check if it was a functionality limitation or it was me, I called Samsung customer service and was transferred 3 times and hung up during the 3rd transfer. Every person they handed me to thought it was a phone, although I always had the lead with "Samsung Flip 65", and then when I explained to them that it was a digital board, they were surprised to transfer me. I then tried chatting with someone online and when I made it clear to him that it was a digital board he asked me to follow trivial steps (I'm an IT engineer) and finally rejected me which caused me to pass out after about 40 minutes. The bottom line is don't expect much support for this device when you buy it. Whiteboard for months and the operating system is Android which gives you tremendous flexibility in what you can do. You can use the full functionality of apps that you download directly from the Play Store. You can share the screen of apps, including whiteboard, and supports meetings when you share the screen and share. Customer service is also the next level as they are very involved, answering questions and even embedding customer feedback into the board functionality (they did this based on my feedback in the first two weeks). They have "Friday Features" where they post a YouTube video every Friday where they talk about the features and how to use them. h more. The price is higher than the Flip, but it's light years better and more versatile than the Flip with a team of people personally investing in their device, so I was happy to spend every dollar more on it. Owning the Vibe since the Samsung Flip has certainly improved my overall rating.
