I bought this as part of an RN1500 headlight kit (which is great). I installed the RN180TL and after an hour the auto brake function stopped working. I contacted Olight using Revain's support request form and Olight responded quickly. After a few questions and answers, they sent me a replacement and a shipping label to send back the defective unit. The first day I used the replacement taillight it immediately went into a low power flashing mode when I turned it on for a day bike ride (1 hour) home. Thought I might not have turned it off when I got to work. Got home, charged up and went to work the next day. The same thing happened. After 1 hour of flashing, the battery is usually empty. Anything but special. I think this light was co-developed with Magicshine so I don't really know who makes it but after 2 devices with different problems I decided I couldn't rely on it and returned it. Everything I have from the Olight brand has been top notch, their support is responsive and courteous, but I cannot recommend this taillight. Not until they fix the obvious quality control issues.
