Installation was fairly easy despite some of the most difficult circumstances. My license plate is on the bumper and my reverse lights are on the trunk. To do this you need to stretch the wire through the back of the car, along the side of the car, up the trunk lever, through the trunk to the headlights. My cord is quite narrow (it's 3 meters / 8 feet) and the plug sometimes falls out. disconnected when I open and close the trunk. The manufacturer offered to send me an extension cord (1 meter). After that I can properly hide the wires that are currently exposed in my trunk. I will update to let you know when I get it. Otherwise it's easy. There are only two wires to connect to the reversing lights. Simply connect the others (plug type) together and you're done. I am planning to buy another system for my wife's car. It should be easier to install since its backup lights are inches from its license plate. UPDATE: Vendor ID sent me an extension. All cables are hidden, it has been working for more than a year. Bought a second one just a few weeks after the first. Has been working great for over a year now.
