NOT stainless steel!
Beautiful earrings but clearly not 'solid stainless steel' as the description states. I wear the earring on the left; the other was previously in the package. Stainless steel doesn't tarnish, and if it were solid stainless steel there wouldn't be a washable coating. False claims make buyers dissatisfied.
