The casing was not correct

the metal casing around the stone was crooked. I had to re-do it to lie straight, which necessitated the use of clear gorilla glue. Otherwise I love this part. And it's a lot more than I thought. Also, I don't recommend using the chains they provide, this part is too heavy for them.
