Ok, I am officially getting old. This nifty little thing is brilliant for my back. Somebody get me a camera so I can do an infomercial. This gadget goes from sit down and no lean length all the way to stand up and lean just a little length. Either way it's awesome. I almost always put on my shoes from a standing position and this thing expands long enough to slip on my shoes while barely bending over. But no more dropping to my knees to jam my fingers into my shoes to pull them on. Now, I'm only 5'6 so I don't have to be concerned with leaning much anyway. However, my 6'4 friend loved it so much, he bought one. It's quite sturdy and takes up no room at all. Straight forward and simple.
