Like many other reviewers, I bought my set through their crowdfunding campaign. These headphones are completely useless. I can't put my phone in my pocket without my earbuds popping off. You have to tilt your head in a certain way for both to play at the same time. The charging case does not charge or stays charged by itself. I tried speaking to their customer service and they were more or less told they knew they were terrible but would not accept returns or offer refunds as originally stated. It is these companies that are destroying crowdfunding and simply flooding the market with junk technology. She wouldn't give 10/10 to the enemy.
