Very dissatisfied

Bought a second pair and it didn't work. I was happy with the first one but kept getting interrupted and it became very difficult to continue.

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Waiting time too long

Great sound, pairing was easy

Great sound, pairing was easy, but my biggest issue is they don't stay in my ears. Only one size of "retaining ring" is included, half ring on top to secure in ear. It doesn't fit my ear and I've already lost an earbud because it fell out of my ear.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Some issues

Connections are unreliable, battery life sucks, you'll lose friends.

Recommended to me by a friend. Communication is lame, you can only use a headphone. The battery life is terrible, they don't even last for a full workout. I like the way they look, the sound quality isn't bad either. Today I lost 3 headphones, 2 headphones and a partner.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Absolute junk good for in-ear headphones

Like many other reviewers, I bought my set through their crowdfunding campaign. These headphones are completely useless. I can't put my phone in my pocket without my earbuds popping off. You have to tilt your head in a certain way for both to play at the same time. The charging case does not charge or stays charged by itself. I tried speaking to their customer service and they were more or less told they knew they were terrible but would not accept returns or offer refunds as originally stated.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Nothing here

Not the best product the best in headphones

Failed to Revain in the Indiegogo Kickstart campaign. No passports. No drops. Without compromise! ERL headphones play up to 3.5 hours without charging. Unbreakable Bluetooth connection. Instant 0.5 second Bluetooth pairing with your phone. Clear, dynamic sound. All statements are false. Looks cheap and works even cheaper. Every song I listen crashes at least 3-4 times, the battery doesn't last more than 1 hour 15 minutes with no change or touch. Magnetic case that needs to be pressed many times

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Close but not quite satisfactory

I bought the set through an Indiegogo campaign. The sound seems accurate for the music I listen to. Voices are clear but not shrill, deep bass is present but not overpowering (provided you've fitted the earbuds correctly to achieve a good fit). The biggest drawback for me is the connection between the headphones. From what I understand the left earbud is connected to the audio source and the right earbud is connected through the left; I often get dropouts on the right earbud, which is very…

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • Anything I can add

decent sound. HORRIBLE CONNECTION

I bought my pair from an Indiegogo sale for 49.99 which is still too expensive for these horrible headphones. Sound quality is decent for headphones, but headphones do NOT maintain a stable connection for a reasonable amount of time. When sitting and not moving, connected to a phone or computer in close proximity, the sound in one of the headphones flickers unevenly. Communication degrades beyond five feet or so. If you are buying these for their portable convenience to wear while walking or…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Inexpensive, above-average sound quality, and reliable

As of March 2020, better kits are available for around $50. Some people have obviously had no luck with ERL or ERL 2.0 headphones. I recommended them to a friend and one of the two pairs purchased proved problematic so he sent them back. This isn't Apple or any other big company, so you have to understand that you get what you pay for in terms of service and replacement options. I've used two pairs of 2.0's, not the original version, and the audio is stable, the quality is good, and I haven't…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
