Poor quality, poor functionality, uncertain

I brought this "remote control" thinking it was an original replacement, I was wrong. The quality was poor, difficult to change, the bottom is very small and difficult to press, I didn't have to be more than 6ft from the TV or the controls wouldn't work at all, I replaced the battery twice in two months of use, the battery compartment gets hot, i don't think it's safe so i'm throwing it away, other options are available for a few bucks more)
