The stylus works as expected. It comes with spikes connected at each end. Tips are different. A tip is a standard pen pointer. The other tip looks like a small flying saucer and is good for accessing larger items. Includes 5 replacement nozzles, 2 standard nozzles and 3 for wider access. Each end has removable caps that are magnetizable, making them easy to use. My only complaint is minor. The caps have no markings to tell them apart. So when you pick up the pen, you can't tell which tip you're referring to. The company had to label the caps, I put a small piece of tape on one cap so it was easy to tell which end is which. All in all a very good stylus.
