I lost my previous mouthguard that I use for Taekwondo. My biggest fear was that I would have to cook another one, but I stumbled upon this one and said there was no need to cook. I have an overbite so I was skeptical but this works well. It also has protection for the top and bottom teeth, my last one didn't have protection so this is an upgrade. After all that orthodontic work, I feel better with a little extra protection. This protection comes in a nice case that I keep in my gear bag.
