Review on XINCOL Starter Connector Emergency Alligator by Gordon Turman

Very disappointed. I was hoping I could use this. After losing my cables a year ago, I only used my box as a charger when I ride a motorcycle etc. Today I literally received these cables in the mail. Next place in my 100% charged jump box to confirm installation. Went outside to jump over my 97th eclipse. He turned on the car. I went to see it. It got off to a slow start. Then the electricity went out. I went to the cables to restart the process. My box was dead and the wires were hot. Not only is my box dead, but it won't turn on anymore. Mind you I have a top case from this company and it is said to be able to skip the 8 cylinder truck 5 or 6 times in a row. My Eclipse is a 4 cylinder. Needless to say, I had high hopes for him. N now not only have I run out of the $8 I paid for the cables, but my box is broken.😭😭😭 Where do I go next?
