Review on 💡 LUXSWAY Dimmable Battery-Powered RGB Ceiling Light with Remote - 300Lumen 5.67In for Shower, Bedroom, Bathroom, Closet, Hallway by Sarah Nguyen

I bought this because there is no light in our shower and I didn't want to do all the extra wiring etc to install it permanently. This was the perfect solution for me and it works great! I upgraded the screws holding it in place as the ones provided were tiny to me. I used some deck screws I had and found a stud in the ceiling so I feel a lot better having it over my head as it has some weight due to the D batteries. I kept the plastic wrap that came on top of the remote and attached velcro to it so it stays on the wall and doesn't let water through. I will say that the colored lights are not as bright as regular white light, but I believe using them with no other light after dark would have an effect. Usage wise I'm not sure how long the batteries will last, but I suspect if I'm just using it for a quick shower I'm hoping for a good year or two of battery life, but time will tell. A bonus is that if the power goes out I can unscrew it from the mount and use it as a light source elsewhere. In general very satisfied!
