My daughter said she wanted to make an outfit for her for Valentine's Day. She decided that she wanted a red skirt. She chose this skirt because she liked the flare. It's a bit too much of a shirt if you ask me, but it's so thin (I mean my daughter) that we just pulled it down a bit and ended up fitting her waist better than the other two skirts that were we have ordered. So overall she is happy.
