The description stated that this stool is suitable for both children and adults and is said to have a weight limit of 250 pounds. The stools (2 pieces) arrived today and there are two stickers. One says the limit is 250lbs, but the other says the STANDING limit is 75lbs! So what good is a step stool if someone has to weigh 75 pounds or less to stand on it? What is the 250 lb limit for sitting? This is the STEP stool! Very deceptive. I see a lot of people standing on it from reviews and I doubt they weigh less than 75lbs but it says NOT. So now I'm doubting the safety of the chair. I may have to send them back. Disappointing as I could easily have ordered something else if I had known.
