I WILL DELETE THIS REVIEW AS THIS SITUATION WILL BE CORRECTED. People are understandably wary of buying refurbished items from Revain. For this reason, they are said to be new, with all parts replaced or refurbished to make the units work like new, hence the term refurbished. The packaging and protective foam were intact, meaning the broken vertical line must have been present before the item shipped. This would be much clearer if this were a brand new item just released from the factory, but as this is a refurbished item it should be hand tested by real people to make sure it is literally like that good as new is clear. didn't happen, or they ignored that dead blue-green streak of dead pixels that distorts the screen. This is a violation of the described standards and conditions attributed to this product when sold. Someone needs to pick up this item and give me a refund. It's absurd that the simple interface would make me leave this at the UPS store. You sent me a broken TV that you said was as good as new. Come and collect it and give me my money back or I will do my best to help. I need this TV to work as a graphically accurate monitor, but it clearly has dead pixels. I will literally lose commissions because of this negligence on your part. Please fix it now.
