Review on Charcoal Boys' Clothing: Republic Peacoat with Faux Fur Pockets - Jackets & Coats by Daniel Steele

Bought for a church mantle and the like. I really like the pea coat look and the wool makes it very warm and cozy. However, I only have a light gray hood. Doesn't match the rest of the coat. If they had to add a hood, firstly it would have to be black to match the black coat and/or secondly it would have to be zip-detachable, no rocket science. I bought this because after asking about the lining and hood as with many coats is zip off and as it is advertised as a 3 season coat someone said yes but to my chagrin it is not. I was hoping that maybe we could hood the church, but we can't. It's not the seller's fault. The seller has a good product at a good price. I'm an old school fan and prefer a real tailcoat for church and other occasions. My little grandson loves to wear suits and ties, dress shoes and coat with fedora hat. He's my stylish little vanity and I want him to like what he's wearing and be comfortable with it. I'm afraid that dress code will take a backseat to the younger generation, but this grandma will keep looking. They're watching you, kid!
