I like that you can use existing tickets in our confrence to report issues anonymously without having people leave work early just because they don't want it known who reported them! It's also great how easy istructions are given when first logging into whistle willow - very clear what needs doing (even as new user) which makes me feel confident using this tool.- Reporting process took longer then expected but once we got going everything was fine after some tweaks here an there with whisltewillows support team! They were able assist us every step of way during setup phase ensuring all requirements where met before launch date!! So far so good :). We didn´nt have any major problems while setting up whistelwhillowa system nor did anything come unannounced by users/customers / other departments etc..
