As part of a deck replacement I was looking for a way to add outlets to the deck without installing ugly electrical boxes on the side of the deck. I hired contractors to build the deck and a separate electrician for the electrical work. Each of these vendors have not seen this product but have been impressed by it and will now likely be a part of what they offer their customers. Love the fact that once connected you can close the box and just get the cable. through the cutout to the top. The only improvement I'd add is setting them up so you can plug one of the outlets hot as always and the other as switched. Since you have to use the cable that came with it, this wasn't possible. I decided to add extra blocks for variety (6 installed total), with 3 switchable and 3 constantly hot. This allows me to plug in things like Christmas lights and control them from home.
