Here's the story. I ordered this item for the first time and when it arrived it was missing the top base that holds your key and hides the gap between the panel and the console wall. It was strange to see everything just thrown into a box and then sent for delivery. I suspect I received a 'used' item, which is even more doubtful since I bought a new one. The exchange was easy, no hassle and the item was exactly as described. Now for the worst. I installed this item and the installation is really good but the installation solution is terrible. The item does not latch securely, so a very strong impact may cause the organizer to move or slide off. Not to mention that the screws that "lock” this element can damage the center console in the form of stains, scratches and dents. Nobody wants that in their expensive cars.
