Review on alpha-TMS by Matthew Outlaw

I have been using Alphatms for over 2 years now, it has never failed me nor given me problems. It's user friendly and easy enough so anyone can use this software easily. There are no features that i dislike about them but there could maybe be more customisation options available if you want certain things like price filters etc. The pricing system does not always update correctly when a quote changes which causes some confusion at times as customers may think they've received cheaper quotes than what actually was sent through by us. This happens most oftenly after our staff change their mind regarding how much we should charge per mile depending upon where along a route the customer will pick up/deliver goods. We try very hard to keep everyone happy though!
