It's incredibly worth it!

Bought to use an external gaming monitor for home work and gaming on my Macbook Pro 13" 2015. It looks like the HDMI port is on the MBP is actually a max refresh rate of 60Hz, my monitor can go up to 200Hz (Displayport) and around 140Hz (HDMI).So I knew something was limiting the refresh rate, most likely it was a laptop, any solid online literature that highlights this - I bought this to see if it would work.
