They looked a lot better than I expected and didn't sound super cheap at all. It's very difficult to find a faux fur pillowcase that has fur on both sides, but this one does. They are actually cool white, not cream, ivory, or off-white. I recently learned the trick of buying pillow inserts that are slightly larger than the covers to make them look fuller; I bought 22x22 inch inserts and they fit perfectly. I wish the zipper was a little bigger and stronger, but that's my only complaint so far. I washed them in mesh bags on a warm gentle setting and air dried them before use and they have held up great. If they offered additional colors like off-white, blue, turquoise, etc. I would take those too.
