I work in an office and type on my computer all day. My wrists are tense after work, but my fingers and hands are fine. I don't think this product is for someone like me. All the handheld massager does is compression. It inflates the airbags so your hand feels like it's in a very tight glove, holds it in that position for a few seconds, and then releases it. I really felt like I lost circulation in my arms every time the airbags pressed against my arm, even on the lowest setting. There are 6 "Programs" you can choose from that are slightly different from each other but basically do the same thing. There are also 6 print settings. I used the lowest pressure setting and still felt like my hand was being squeezed too hard. It didn't help my wrist at all and I didn't feel like it was doing anything to my wrist even when I adjusted it. Heat and vibration are also part of it, but I didn't feel any better with that either. I was hoping the rollers would "massage" my hand but they aren't designed for that as they don't. Instructions help, but again the product didn't help me at all. Anyway, I was in pain. It definitely focuses more on the hand than the wrist.
