Review on MERCIER Bamboo Stainless Steel Butter by Hector Smith

This worked well for a small kitchen table where we already had a bamboo napkin holder. See photo. Was looking for a stainless steel plate but very glad I went with this combo plate. The combination of steel and bamboo makes it a better choice for our kitchen and gives it a more appealing culinary look in my opinion. It includes a block of cream cheese, Irish butter, or two sticks of organic butter. As others have said the steel plates on the bamboo section are removable for cleaning which is a plus.
