No ankle support where you need it most!
I am 35 years old and have been playing ice hockey since I was 3 years old. While these skates were fast, they didn't offer the support I was looking for. The bottom velcro and mesh boot and velcro flex, forcing the ankle muscles to work more than necessary to provide support. These skates are definitely not for skating on paved trails with lots of curves; I was very disappointed. I will come back and spend a little more for top and bottom ratchet strap hard boots. Don't waste your time and money on it!
